The days I do the program, my legs don't have much else left in them, and on my off days I'm sort of recuperating! I'm hoping in another week or so I'll be able to get back to more actual walking. I did go to a park today and strolled around, but only about an hour, and I was doing a lot of picture-taking, so it was a really leisurely pace.<br /><br />Glad to hear you're keeping up with your walks.
